Is your business based in Brussels? Are you looking to enhance your online presence, digitalize your processes, or strengthen your cybersecurity? This grant covers up to 70% of your costs for the development or technical improvement of your website, under specific conditions.

Eligibility for the digitalisation grant

To qualify for this grant, your business must meet the following criteria:

– Be an SME with at least one operational base in the Brussels-Capital Region.
– Have economic and commercial activities (and not be funded by more than 75% from public funds).
– Not have received more than €300,000 in “de minimis” aid over the past three years.
– Be compliant with publication and annual account filing obligations.
– Submit your application before starting the mission.

What projects are eligible for the digitalisation grant?

The consultancy mission must fall into one of the following categories:

– Digitalizing your internal processes or production methods.
– Improving your company’s IT security.
– Developing or technically improving your website.

Note: These missions must be exceptional and address specific needs. Regular or permanent subcontracting projects are not eligible. The mission must also be completed within a maximum of six months.

What is the intervention rate of the grant?

Grant Rate:

– 25% if no additional criteria are met, and up to 70% if multiple criteria apply.

Practical information:

– Maximum amount: €10,000 per calendar year
– Minimum intervention: €500 per application
– Maximum number of grants: 2 subsidized missions per year

How to maximize your grant?

– Starter: +25% for micro/small businesses registered less than four years ago.
– Environmental Excellence: +30% for micro/small businesses or +20% for medium-sized businesses.
– Social Excellence: +30% for micro/small businesses or +20% for medium-sized businesses.

The mission starts after receiving acknowledgment of receipt or no later than three months after the grant approval notification.
